A Steep Challenge, A Seamless Result: Elsewhere Pods Wagstaffe Build

Building tiny homes on bushland isn’t always easy but it’s exactly the kind of challenge Elsewhere Pods was built for.

Our latest install in Wagstaffe, Central Coast, brought together one 6m pod and two 4m pods, creating a flexible, family-friendly retreat. Designed for Martijn and his family, the pods serve as stylish, self-contained spaces for their kids to stay and explore.

What made this project special wasn’t just the layout; it was the location.

A Pod Built on the Edge

The property sits on a 20-degree slope, surrounded by bushland with no existing driveway. While this would slow down most builders, our install team took it on with confidence. From staging materials to navigating steep terrain, every detail was handled with precision. The full install was completed in just one week.

What the Owner Had to Say

Customer shared his experience in a glowing 5-star review:

“Despite the difficult terrain, a 20 degrees slope of bush land with difficult access and no driveway, the legends from Elsewhere Pods completed the build of two pods on our property in one week (!). Very impressed with their install team, and in fact with every aspect of the whole process that is behind it all. The modular design allowed us to make very last minute changes to the layout of the panels, even after they were produced. The finished product is of the highest quality possible and very stylish.” - ME
