When you buy or lease an Elsewhere Pod, you'll be invited to opt in for our ecotourism accommodation management service called Elsewhere Eco-Resorts. The model is designed to be a decentralised luxury hotel chain operated in some of the most beautiful locations around the country - including your property!

HOW IT WORKS
Level 1
Utilising our cutting-edge management platform on a subscription basis: The platform pulls booking from multiple short-stay platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz and many more. It allows you to manage all bookings, calendars and finances through a simple and powerful management system. The platform contains all the information you'll ever need to operate a 5-star listing with learnin toold and tips for all levels of hosting experience. You can even get your own co-branded website at no additional charge!
Level 2
Let Elsewhere Eco-Resorts manage the whole business for you! We'll charge just 18% + costs to manage the entire business for you. We'll even handle the finances, sending you a monthly statement showing bookings, and related expenses and your net payout figure alongside any lease repayment (if you are leasing our pods).
