Customer Success Manager

What do you bring? 

You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by proactively generating leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. You will enable our continued success by effectively communicating the value of our products and converting prospects into satisfied customers. 

 

You will achieve this by 

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes 

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and expectations 

Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions to generate leads and enhance brand awareness 

Driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets 

Accurately documenting all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system 

By focusing on these areas, you'll contribute significantly to our company's growth and help establish us as a leader in the industry. 

 

What you’ll need 

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and experience to ensure that you’re in the best position to join the elite team at Elsewhere Pods: 

Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the construction or building industry. 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage client interactions and data. 

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 

Resilience and a proactive attitude to handle challenges and drive results.

Our team is Melbourne based and we operate across Australia. Many roles offer hybrid work. Some positions need time on site at our factory, installs or partner locations.
