This innovative payment option empowers our clients to choose the deposit amount hat best suits their budget - maximising savings in the process, true to our continued transparency we include the full details of this incredible incentive in every quote - offering a 0.5% discount for every 10% extra deposit paid at the holding deposit stage.

The deposit incentive is only applicable to the initial deposit of a pod, not progress deposits, and does not apply to pods on our leasing arrangement.
