Elsewhere Pods has landed in Western Australia. For the first time, our team is showing an 8m tiny home in person at 25 Rowland Street, Subiaco, alongside a full exhibition stand at the Perth Home Show.
If you have been following our builds online and waiting for a chance to step inside one, this is the week. Our CEO Matt is in town, the display pod is open for inspections, and we are taking site visits across the Perth metro area and beyond.
Where to find the Elsewhere Pods display in WA
The display is located at 25 Rowland Street, Subiaco WA 6008.
It is an 8m x 2.4m tiny home, the same model many of our owners use as a self-contained dwelling, a guest residence, or a short-stay rental. The space is fully fitted out, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living areas, so what you see in person is what arrives on delivery.
Inspections are by appointment. You can book a one-on-one walkthrough with our team, request a meeting with Matt while he is in town.
Why a Western Australia display matters
Until now, the closest Elsewhere Pods display has been on the East Coast. For WA landowners, builders and renters, that has meant relying on photos, the online configurator and video walkthroughs to decide on a tiny home.
A physical display changes that. You can stand inside the floor plan, feel the ceiling height, and check the finishes against the materials you have been considering for your own build. For Western Australia in particular, where many of our enquiries come from regional and rural blocks, that confidence is hard to replicate online.
Visit us at the Perth Home Show
We are exhibiting at the Perth Home Show from 5 to 7 June 2026 at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Our team is on stand all weekend to talk through the modular system, floor plans, finishes, customisation options and the Bunnings range.

He will cover how the Elsewhere Pods modular system works, what makes it different to conventional buildings, and where the business is going next, including the Bunnings rollout and the Salt Pod wellness range.
What you can see inside the 8m tiny home display
The 8m model is one of our most popular tiny home sizes in Australia. Walking through it is the fastest way to understand the build quality, the way the windows and joinery sit in the space, and how the floor plan flows from kitchen to bedroom.
This layout is designed for full-time living, not just weekenders. It includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, an integrated kitchen with a stone bench, and a living zone with large glazing for natural light and indoor-outdoor connection.
For visitors planning a build, the display is also a chance to see the real fixtures, real materials and real finishes side by side, rather than working from swatches and renders.
The display pod is available to buy
The Subiaco display pod itself is for sale. Once the show wraps and the inspection window closes, the new owner takes it home.
Pricing is $112,970 including GST, with free delivery within metro Perth. Regional delivery across Western Australia is quoted separately based on distance and access. A $1,000 holding deposit secures the unit.
