Melbourne, Australia – May 28, 2025 – Elsewhere Pods is excited to share that our Beaufort Bushland Tiny House was recently featured in a Homecrux article spotlighting this immersive and innovative project. The piece praises the glass-fronted tiny home as “an oasis for nature lovers” that “awaits you with all the amenities amid the Australian wilderness.” The article showcases how our 8-metre tiny house on wheels offers expansive views and modern comforts — all without compromising privacy.
The feature, titled “Glass Tiny House is Filled With Light and Expansive Views Without Compromising Privacy,” highlights the retreat’s ability to blend architectural form with its native Victorian bushland surroundings. As the article notes, the pod was “designed with the intention to create a space that offers a transformative and meditative environment,” enabling it to function beautifully as a guesthouse, vacation rental, yoga studio, home office, or Airbnb. It’s a wonderful reflection of our design philosophy and the broad flexibility of the Elsewhere Pods system.
Immersive Tiny Living in Victoria’s Bushland
Located just 20 minutes outside Ballarat in the town of Beaufort, Victoria, the Beaufort Bushland tiny house is a custom-built 8-metre tiny home on wheels. Nestled among eucalypts and native flora, the pod was created as a space for meditation, yoga, and guest accommodation. Floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass panels provide panoramic views and allow natural light to pour in, fostering a deep connection between occupant and environment.
Inside, the pod is equipped with all the essentials: a convertible lounge/bed, kitchenette, and a full bathroom. An air conditioning unit, quality insulation, and clever layout make it comfortable all year round. Though compact in footprint, the home is rich in ambience and function — a sanctuary designed to recharge the spirit.
