Meet Jack Sio, Our New Zealand Country Manager

Meet Jack Sio, Our New Zealand Country Manager

Please join us in welcoming Fuimaono Jack Siō to the Elsewhere Pods team. Jack has joined us as Country Manager for New Zealand, and he'll lead our work across Aotearoa.

He's arrived at a good time. Since launching in New Zealand, Elsewhere Pods has landed at Bunnings New Zealand and been covered by major NZ media outlets. Every week we hear from more iwi organisations, families and businesses.

Who is Jack?

Jack Sio joins Elsewhere Pod

Jack has more than 20 years' experience in business development. He has built his own businesses from the ground up in freight, technology and modular housing, working across New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Australia.

He has the track record of an entrepreneur and a reputation as a genuine, respected operator. As we grow across the country, that's exactly the leadership we need.

Why Elsewhere Pods?

Jack knows the NZ market well. He also knows that the tiny home boom has left many Kiwis wary of the category. A recent survey ranked build quality and durability as buyers' second-biggest concern, right after space.

That's what drew him to us:

"Quality design and quality construction … built to Category 4 wind ratings coupled with turn-key building permits and a 10-year warranty. To top it off, landing on shelves at Bunnings NZ, off the back of huge demand in Australia, says a lot about where that quality bar sits." — Fuimaono Jack Siō

For our New Zealand customers, that means a local point of contact for everything pods. Jack can help whether you're looking at the Bunnings range, planning a larger build or working out what suits your section.
