Installed in the backyard of a family home in Clifton Hill, Victoria, this 6m granny flat was designed first and foremost as a private art studio, giving the owner a dedicated space to create, reflect and work in natural light. As a fixed modular home, it also offers the flexibility of guest accommodation when required, blending creativity and practicality in one beautifully finished space.
Delivered through Elsewhere Pods flat pack system, the studio was installed with speed and minimal disruption, providing a refined alternative to traditional backyard builds. With clean lines, premium finishes and generous glazing, this project demonstrates how modular design can support creative living while adding lasting value to an urban property.

Delivery and Installation
Elsewhere Pods prefabricates the materials and test assembles the product in our factory. We then flat pack the materials for transport and delivery direct to your site, where our team arrives and installs in 2-5 days. The whole process usually takes 12 weeks.

30% deposit taken on placement of order to commence production. Final payment taken upon delivery of goods to site.

Delivery and installation is included for metro areas. Our team will organise everything so you can focus on site preparation.

- Flexible lease terms
- Monthly or weekly repayments
- Customer is eligible to make a buyout payment of 5% at the end of the lease.
- Alternatively customers can continue to lease for as long as they wish, or
- End the lease by paying a decommissioning fee of 2.5 - 5%, Elsewhere will come and collect the pod
- Customers who wish to upgrade or update their pod at the end of their lease will receive a 10% discount on their subsequent purchase/lease.
