This 4m micro home design provides a turnkey space ideal for a backyard ensuited bedroom, creative space, pool house, cabana or teenagers retreat/study. Designed with Elsewhere Pods' minimalist aesthetic and premium finishes, it arrives within 2 weeks and ready to use in 3 days

Thoughtfully configured within a small footprint, the pod brings natural light, clean lines and a warm interior palette that suits residential use. It is fully engineered, cyclone rated and delivered as a finished plug and play structure, removing the complexities of traditional builds.

Delivery and Installation

Elsewhere Pods prefabricates the materials and test assembles the product in our factory. We then flat pack the materials for transport and delivery direct to your site, where our team arrives and installs in 2-5 days. The whole process usually takes 12 weeks.

Payment Terms

30% deposit taken on placement of order to commence production. Final payment taken upon delivery of goods to site.

    Delivery and installation is included for metro areas. Our team will organise everything so you can focus on site preparation.

    - 15% Commissioning fee which goes towards delivery and installation
    - Flexible lease terms
    - Monthly or weekly repayments
    - Customer is eligible to make a buyout payment of 5% at
    any time
    - Alternatively customers can continue to lease for as long as they wish, or
    - End the lease by paying a decommissioning fee of 5 - 1 0%, Elsewhere will come and collect the pod
    - Customers who wish to upgrade or update their pod at the end of their lease will receive a 10% discount on their subsequent purchase/lease.
